Saturday lunch at Adele’s in Roswell. I had reptile and crustacean po-boy.
Ever since I saw an episode of Bizarre Foods which featured alligator, I had wanted to try some of the reptile. A bit of yelping led me to Adele’s. Fried alligator tail reminds me of fried chicken, only the meat takes on much more of the batter/seasoning flavor. I like it. I would be interested in trying it sauteed.
