Forgotten Songs

Or songs you haven’t thought about in a long time.

I’ve spent several weeks reorganizing YT playlists.  I’ve spent some time going through my CD collections and completely forgetting what some of the bands and solo acts sound like.  And as I’ve moved around and (re)compiled songs in my playlists, I reminisced a lot about my childhood and teenage years (as have many people according to the comments under most of the videos on YT).  I can’t believe I never got any Gloria Estefan cassette tapes or CDs when I was younger.

Since there are so many songs that I could ask if you remember them, I’ll share the ones that made me wax nostalgic and briefly sent me back in time…not necessarily to simpler times, but definitely one where you had at least ten phone numbers memorized (even if you carried around an address book).
